How to Apply


a. Already Registered Candidates:

 

i. Already registered candidates can login by using their user name and password and update the application form in the requisite fields only.

 

ii. They should not upload any documents again but update their application and take the print out of confirmation page and after filling the requisite fields by the head of institution they should either send the scanned copy via email to info[at]apstipend.in or hard copy via speed/registered post.

 

b. New Candidates:

 

i.  Before applying for Stipend, Candidate should Register first.

 

ii.  After getting registered, candidate must login with username and password.

 

iii. Please note: The application Form is divided into five parts:

 

  a. Candidate details

  b. Institute details

  c. Course details

  d. Bank account details (Account should be in the name of applicant only)

  e. Document Uploading details.

 

iv.  Candidate should fill-up the 1st part and click save button to complete the 1st part and to go to the 2nd part.

 

v.  Candidate should fill-up the 2nd part and click save button to complete the 2nd part and to go to the 3rd part.

 

vi. Candidate should fill-up the 3rd part and click save button to complete the 3rd part and to go to the 4th part.

 

vii. Candidate should fill-up the 4th part and click save button to complete the 4th part and to go to the 5th part.

 

viii. Once the 5th part submitted successfully, Candidate must click the "Submit button" to submit the application.

 

Note: Once the application is submitted, a confirmation page will be generated. Candidates are directed to print the Confirmation page and get the information verified and validated from the head of Institution where the candidate is studying (Verification would be done by the Head of Institution after filling the required fields with seal and signature in the confirmation page wherever required). Candidates should also retain a photocopy of the conformation page for future reference and in all the correspondences Registration No. should be quoted.

 

ix. After verification from the Head of Institution, Candidate should send the confirmation page (duly verified) by Speed Post/ Registered Post to the following address

x. Candidate can be view the status of acceptance and rejection by login through the username password supplied to them

 

No correspondence or interim queries including telephone calls shall be entertained for information in this regard.
